Our beautiful daughter Emersyn Paige passed away from SMA Type 1 on April 7th,2009 at the age of 7 months old. This blog is dedicated to her life, legacy and spirit and our journey as a family through grief.

The Hall Family Charity Book Sale for SMA!

A big thank-you to the amazing Hall family who will be having a Charity Book Sale at their home to raise money for Emersyn's Entourage for the 2010 Rebecca Run for SMA! Sondra and her family have been working hard collecting; sorting and preparing gently used books for their big day! All proceeds from the Book Sale will go towards finding a CURE for SMA! The sale will be taking place at the Hall family home in Newmarket on Saturday June 26th from 9:00am - 12:00pm. If you are interested in coming out to do some shopping please send me an email for their address :-) Many thanks to the Hall family for all of their love and support it means the world to us!

Just a reminder that today Saturday June 12th at Kula Yoga Studio in Burlington, Ontario on 4031 Fairview Street from 5:30pm-6:30pm, the “Karma Yoga Class for SMA” in honour of Emersyn will be taking place. All donations will go towards Emersyn's Entourage for the 2010 Rebecca Run for SMA! A big thank-you to Jennifer Irvine, yoga guru extraordinaire for coming up with this amazing idea and teaching the class tonight! Namas-de ~
